IDW - Galvatron

Post by Impactor returns 2.0 » Mon Oct 22, 2012 3:15 pm

Can someone explain something to me. In the recent IDW Annual we see Galvatron with Nova Prime.

Is this Galvatron the future version of Megatron or is he just another TF?

Or something else?

And, the same for Cyclonus, is he a future upgrade or something?

Not as far as we know, but that could be a very interesting development.

Galvatron and Cyclonus are very ancient Transformers in IDW, from a time long before the war. They were lost out in space with Nova Prime's first exploratory Ark.

Or do one big poo in the morning and another one in the afternoon. I bet they weren't even excited by and then subsequently disappointed by Star Wars Prequels. Or have a glass full of spare change near their beds. That they don't have.

Spotlight Galvatron (and possibly Revelation, it's been a while so I'm sketchy on the exact details). Back when El Furminator was writing it.

They are. Though likely Nova Prime is now the head badass. As Bumblesprunkambeemusmus Prime says, they blasted off in the first Ark across the galaxy with the likes of Jhiaxus and Straxus and found the Dead Universe.
"But the Costa story featuring Starscream? Fantastic! This guy is "The One", I just know it, just from these few pages. "--Yaya, who is never wrong.

They are.
Spotlight Galvatron/Devastaton

Galvatron can at that point kill simply by touch. AND can infuse individuals with the power of the dead universe, turning them into killing machines.

Post-AHM, HOD

Galvatron with the Heart of Darkness can resurrect the dead and defeat a resurrected Nova Prime.

Chaos

Uhmmm, someone remind me of the most badass moment here? I don't recall him doing much except tainting Cybertron's core.
