What if they throw us all a huge curve-ball in the last few pages. Have a shadow'd figure kneeling by Iron Fist's body. There's a panel of silence before the figure says, "I shall avenge you...brother." The final splash page reveals the shadow'd character to be Drift, with swords drawn.

I would have sacrificed Impy.

The whole thing screams that his life was more important than Pyro (and although it actually somewhat is). It would have finished the mission and spared the lives of the rest.

The moral of the story never listen to a human.
