Has this ever been discussed in England?
"In the past 12 seasons only three different clubs have won the Premier League title—Manchester United (seven times), Arsenal (three times) and Chelsea (twice). Blackburn Rovers are the only other team to have won the title in the Premier League's history. In addition, Manchester United have not finished outside the top three since the formation of the Premier League, with Arsenal finishing inside the top five in all but two seasons, while Liverpool, without an English league title since the pre-Premier League era, have not finished lower than fifth since 1999."
Has a club owner ever said that he thinks a salary cap would be a good idea?
How would you feel about a salary cap?
Premier League + Salary Cap.

Its been talked about but the problem is huge.
Unless you had a cap across the entire FIFA system, players would play abroard for higher wages, well, thats why they go to the premm.
How do u determin one players salary from another? you would end up with everyone on max wages.
I know the league has been won by only 3 teams in recent years but thats not really the fault of the big 3 clubs, many clubs now have multi-billionair owners, take liverpool for example but they seem incapable of winning the league.
arnt most footy leagues the same tho in all reality. U got R.Madrid and Barca in spain. Inter and Juve in Italy, PSV and Axax in Holland etc... most leagues have a few big clubs that always win and I think in the UK, things are changing for the better as more billionairs by into the sport.
Saying that, im a united supporter and were gonna win the league for the 10th time next week...

It's all a big load of dirty AIDS.
I'm not really that ****** with top floght footy anymore. Fiar play to SPurs for sticking it to Chelsea in the Carling Cup, but I've been to Orient home and awy [composite word including 'f*ck'] load this year, way more then Spurs.
Lower league footy is just so much more unpredictable, hence much more exciting.
