If the Ivory Tower is the brain of the board, and the Transformers discussion is its heart, then General Discussions is the waste disposal pipe. Or kidney. Or something suitably pulpy and soft, like 4 week old bananas.

b3ta Transformers competition
Post
by Metal Vendetta » Sun Dec 02, 2007 1:37 pm
Last week b3ta ran a competition to turn everyday items into Transformers - sponsored by Paramount to celebrate the release of the movie on DVD, with first prize of a macbook.
I didn't get chance to enter, what with flying halfway round the world and all that, but thought it might raise a few chuckles over here...
http://b3ta.com/challenge/if-everyday-o ... nsformers/I would have waited a ******* eternity for this!!!!

Aye, the rude alarm-clock is sheer brilliance.
The "transformer in a pie" made me want to womit tho...

Am I the only one who would be surprised if Stephen Hawking's powerchair didn't transform?
