EDIT: Larger clearer version in Quicktime on Rapidshare

Must say, the animation looks worse now then on the ones we saw before. Especially the individual Bot transformations are pretty awful...
Finally we got to see the whole Con line-up, but I hope they won't be cloaked in shadows for all the first episode...
Megatron is really much bigger then Prime... Corey Burton did a great job with the voice, though, it sounds really menacing. I was worried he'd sound unemotional like he did Brainiac, but that's not the case.
Interesting though... at the end of the first episode, the Ark would crash into a human city, but the Bots make it steer away so it crashes into a lake. EXACTLY the same happens in the current IDW Devastation #2 comic... Maybe Furman is on board as consultant for the show? I'd hope...
All in all, though the animation style is not my fav., with good writing this could really be a good series. Time'll tell.

I'm back to feeling a little mixed now.
On one hand, this looks like it'll be the best thing since Beast Wars(story and cartoon-popularity). I'm loving the fluid action(no more hitting fists and poor-aim laser fire). Corey's back as Shockwave, Blu's back as Arcee, Moschitta's back as Blurr(I can't understand the hate for the character), and Weird Al's gonna be Wreck-gar. We'll probably get the first G1 Arcee figure and the other figures look great as well. Megatron will also get a G1-esqe form by the end of season 1.
On the other hand, Blackarachnia will probably sound like Numbah 5 from Codename: Kids Next Door, Prime sounds a little too young(hopefully his voice will begin to deepen as the show progresses to show him becoming older and wiser), and they're back to fighting over the Allspark(which I hope looks like the matrix, which could upgrade Prime to a new form sometime around the beginning of season 2).
Hopefully this series rocks, but some old doubts resurfaced.

I have to say, I really like what I see. It looks fun, which is more than you can say for most animated TF stuff of the last few years.

For those who care, my fellow Hungarian Transfan Optimus Prime took some screencaps from the clip, including Prowl with Battle Mask.
