Lego Star Wars 2

If the Ivory Tower is the brain of the board, and the Transformers discussion is its heart, then General Discussions is the waste disposal pipe. Or kidney. Or something suitably pulpy and soft, like 4 week old bananas.

Lego Star Wars 2

Uh, absolute genius. Even better than the first game.

On one side it's kind easy and shallow, on the other it's full of charm, addictive and refreshing. It's nice to play a game which doesn't require me to spend 50+ hours to fully appreciate it.

The voice acting in the cut scenes is better than that in the films themselves.

I have the 360 version which looks extra shiny :)

SWEET!!!!!!

I had Lego Star Wars 1, and JUST got to the point where I appreciated its genius when my PS2 decided it refused to read any more games. And I had already gotten rid of my XBox, so I was heartbroken.

But now I have a 360, and Hound says it's sweet! I'm there.

It looks really sweet.
I wonder how the DS-version is though.
Can't believe I'm still here.

DS version is 'ok' up to a point - as far as i can tell its a cut down version.

its still quite fun in places but the camera is not great and towards the end there is a level on Endor where its basically impossible to tell where to go and there are some jumps onto moving platforms that you can only pull off with trial and error. I'm stuck on this level and it's spoiled the game for me.

i got it on a whim on the way to Rome but i'll probably still get the PS2 version, but i'd probably avoid the DS one to be honest.
