If the Ivory Tower is the brain of the board, and the Transformers discussion is its heart, then General Discussions is the waste disposal pipe. Or kidney. Or something suitably pulpy and soft, like 4 week old bananas.

is where I live now.
It's been a busy week. I had two job interviews, moved all the way from ******* Utah, got a job and had to turn the other one down... (that's right, two out of two!) moved in with my in-laws
for now, and bought a low of baby/maternity clothes. We were hoping to live in the actual city but money disagrees so I think it's suburbia for us.
Man I feel like my head will explode. Washington is a nice place to be though; cozy overcast days and lots of gorgeous scenery.

Sweet. I took a vacation to Seattle a couple of years ago. Actually got very little rain while I was there. My gay uncle's got a swank, overly furnished house in the Queen Anne District. Even drove by Eddie Vedder's house, a personal goal of mine.
I liked it a lot. I would actually love to live there someday myself.
