This is some scary ass spyware-thingy, virus-majingo.
I can't get rid of it
I've tried Spybot, a program called XoftSpySe, HiJacked and I've searched the computer with F-Secure AntiVirus.
XoftSpySE removes the crap then reboots.
But the next time the computer starts the **** is back again.
Can anyone help me?

most of these methods require you to be in Safe mode (hold down F8 when your computer starts, just before the WindowsXP logo appears) else you won't be able to delete the files.
To prevent this happening again:
Install Firefox, make sure your antivirus is up to date and create a seperate user account on your machine. One for Administration (which is the one you use now by default) and another one for surfing unsafe sites. Make sure the new account is just standard user.
That way should anything get through Firefox (which is harder, as it's not an integral part of the OS like Internet Explorer and doesn't use ActiveX controls) nothing will be able to install anyway since a standard user can't install programs.
Good luck.
