"The Dark Knight"
with Heath Ledger as The Joker.
Nice title. Better than "Batman Continuums"
I can buy Ledger. Less OTT camp than Jack. Beats the bloody Chris Ecclestone rumour. Can see why people might be concerned, though.

Holy crap! That's 5 for 5!Brendocon wrote:The Joker.
Background story to this outburst:
When I were a young'un at skewl, not too long after t' first Batman fillum came owt, a friend of mine gave his predictions on what villains would appear in the next 5.
So far, he's been right on the money.
Although, according to him, Batman dies (or alternatively, Bruce Wayne retires through injury, etc.) in #6, only to return for #7.
This would've been a year or two before the comics brought out Knightfall, so he didn't just use his ability to acquire US mags and regurgitate Azbats to amaze his friends.
Then again, it's also all pretty predictable.

Hmm, not a bad choice. Thought it would be even better if they used Mark Hamill's voice WITH Ledger... Bwahahahaha!
I'm curious about Dark Knight.... begins was the best Batman movie so far (not animated movie, that is). And I hope we won't see Robin or Batgirl in the triology. Maybe later we can have another Triology where Robin enters... but right now, Batman's hardly esablished in Gotham, Gordon's only a liutenant.
And I hope we'll get Harvey Bullock too... face it, he's a must-have.

Far as I can tell they're basically following Batman: Year 1 and Batman: Year 2, so hopefully no sidekicks for a while Batman is very much just the lone vigilante for those stories.BB Shockwave wrote:Hmm, not a bad choice. I think he has the face that can be made into a pretty frighetning Joker with some makeup...

I hope they'll stay with the purple suit, though. It can be dark purple, anything, but please, don't make him look like the Joker in 'The Batman' series!
