Are you joking? It's going to be great eye-candy, maybe even better than the actual movie. And at least they're being honest about completely retreading the movie's story here; DW tried to hide it often enough.

Nick Roche's redone TF #25, with Megatron getting taken down by the Predacons for Generations #8 is pretty sweet.

Interesting. Movie adaption sounds a bit pointless imo, we've already had one. I'm sure it'll have nice art etc. but I can't muster much enthusiasm for it personally.

I'd see it as a chance to iron out all the gash little annoyances, an offical retcon.
It also gives a chance to beef up the battles etc, plus expand a bit more.

bit of a shame the movie is just scene for scene, will look pretty though.

Well, even if all they do is replace the Green Lunchbox of Doom with the Disco Ball with Handles, it'll be an improvement.
And hopefully, they won't have Unicron pulling his own leg.

I think the most important thing to notice is that Don's humans look better in the panel of Spike that we just saw!
Who's that guy that's going to be doing the Nightbeat one-shot? Have we seen anything by him before?
