Worst bits of journalism of the month?

If the Ivory Tower is the brain of the board, and the Transformers discussion is its heart, then General Discussions is the waste disposal pipe. Or kidney. Or something suitably pulpy and soft, like 4 week old bananas.

Worst bits of journalism of the month?

I submit these two;

http://www.guardian.co.uk/commentisfree ... 09,00.html

Note about 100 comments down where there is a link to another article where he says every single white person is racist and as a black man it is impossible for him to be racist...

http://commentisfree.guardian.co.uk/jul ... _lost.html

Again look at her previous history of articles it seems she hates children, heterosexual relationships and men.

Anyone got any better ones? If I may make a suggestion we should only have articles from serious newspapers because otherwise trash like the sun would win all the time.

Not a regular there, but it does appear that not just anyone can post an article up on the site and in the case of the First article the writer is actually the assistant Editor and has worked for the Guardian for at least 4 years.

The first one's a pretty mind boggling opinion for someone to hold when they seem to be so intelligent and well-read. Then again ignorance has less to do with your academic knowledge than it does with how closed your mind is I guess... second one's just a snobbish antifootball rant. I don't like football but I'm reasonably capable of avoiding it.
