I don't usually take an interest in football, but if it was more like this, then I might.

Why is women's football not more popular in the UK? Surely it would be the hetrosexual man's sport of choice, after all, watching 22 men run about on a field is about the most boring thing I can think of (cricket, baseball, American soccer and all the other "men standing about in a field" games excepted) but if they were 22 women running around on a field I could probably watch that all day.

Actually a gay friend of mine has the T-shirt "Football is bent", which just about says it all.
