You know, that thing folks say scientists will be able to do in the future where they can alter an unborn kid's features like eye colour, hair colour, skin tone, whether it's male or female, etc. What do you think of that in moral terms? On the one hand, you can get the kid you want. A man can guarantee he'll have a son to carry on his name. And you can use this feature to make sure your kid doesn't have any deformities (mental, physical or otherwise). But then again you'd be playing God. So what do u folks think?

There's the problem of how much it'd go wrong before being perfected. Kids born without heads, etc.

I see more potential in cell research curing disabilities after birth.

Mmmm, If only the genetic aspect was involved in the issue, maybe. But thats not the case.
