It's fake. The ball is computer generated when he starts hitting the bar.

Side note; On Zinedine Zidanes DVD biography he is asked "What is the coolest thing you have seen on a footy field?" and he says "I once saw Maradona warming up/training. He stood at the penalty spot and hit the bar five times in a row" (much like Ronaldinho does in this video - maybe the video is an homage?)
