^That was a neat cartoon.
Would probably have to think about this for a long time to get proper answer, but my gut choice from the list in that site is Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors.

Spitting Image also springs to mind...

TV: Blackadder.

Cartoon... ooh, tough. Watched the last ever Ulysees last night - strangely underwhelming but still quite cool. Think i will go with Dungeons and Dragons though as Hank is just so dreamy, sigh.

Hanks bow can do anything! - I was watching dragons graveyard last night (best episode I think) and he uses his bow for so many different ablities

i think its best ability is the power to get hot bisexual girls back to Hank's place, not sure they included that episode in the box set sadly.

all 3 cartoons mentioned so far are bom diggy.

I'd go for the Mysterious cities of Gold as the best cartoon. It stands up even better than Ulysses 31 now.

For TV I'd go for Blackadder or Only fools and horses.
