it seems to me that they would be airing the new cybertron series soon. i just asume that to be the case here in the USA. well that is i asume on the basis that the TF's master megatron and galaxy convoy are set to release in the US in two weeks. so if i'm wrong; how long generaly dose it take from the time the toys arive to the time the show starts airing? i know i can't find a single tid-bit of info on show airing anytime soon.

Dammit, I'm at work and had to miss it. Are they going to show it again? If not, do tell me about it!

you didn't miss much. well let see. since the series premier was ep 4. i would have to say it sucked without knowledge. we know megatron stole the planet key map in ep 1. thats when vectorprime showed up. we also know cybertron is gone; sucked into a black hole. and we know the autobots left for earth as refugees that aren't suppoed to make themselves known to humans. but you won't get this knowledge from the premier. because they never aired it. so anyone watching what happened in the premier would be clueless. because they talk about things that were never showed.
link it to energon... idiots... they can't link it to energon because the humans were aware of transformers in energon. but the military shown in the premier are clueless. how could it be public knowledge and now a secret no one knows?
and how the heck would cutting off three eps link it to energon? all that did was ruin the show, and make it so no has a clue as to whats going on. the key elements show were in the first eps. now the shows running like fort max with his head cut off.
and i so looked forward to buying the toys, but now nope. hey i like to enjoy my collection while watching the show. but since i can't enjoy it whats the point? well there are downloads, but my computer is a 6 year old dinosaur with only a 3 GB harddrive and at anytime 210 MB free space. so that won't work.
i think te only thing i can do now is complain to carttoonnetwork.com in their feedback form [not forum] and hope enough fans do the same; in hopes they show the other eps.

I haven't watched the cartoon since the first few episodes of Armada. From what I hear Im better off that I didn't see much past the first few weeks of Armada. Ill just stick to getting some of the toys here and there and pass on the Japanamation cartoons that just aren't very good or ejoyable. Nothing like cookie cutter made episodes that are quickly made and not enjoyable.
The toys look pretty good though. I already got the new Scourge toy and can't wait to get a few others. But I will definitely pass on the cartoon series. I haven't watched an episode in years and have gotten by just fine with my Transformers fix.

the first ep looks like they jumped into too much too quick
but the second looks pretty good. i'd say with a few more eps the show will take shape. the action, the carnage, the confusion... well the action and carnage were good
from what i heard about the first three eps; i should be able to put a mental picture of what took place.
i guess the best way to enjoy this series is if i just pretend i saw the opening eps and forgot; selective amnesia . and i guess it would be easier to make note it is a different series.
i know i will give the show a chance. i won't complain. i won't dispute. i won't crank call hasbro and have a hundred pizzas sent to thier offices. and most of all i won't be a grumpy, pick-a-part, g1 nostalgic, baby like most of you

I have avoided downloading any episodes of Cybertron and have instead got a near complete set of Galaxy Force.
I think it is very very entertaining. A superb variety of characters. Also, whoever has done the fansubs has done a wonderful job. Far more watchable than Cybertron will ever be.
Galaxy Force almost captures the feeling of Beast Wars. It is really good fun.
Can anyone reccommend if its worth downloading Superlink? I have seen lots of episodes of Energon already

Well SL explains all the crap and editing that Energon suffered. And the missing dialogues that the aforementioned edit causes. From Scorponok wasting Roadbuster/Ironhide friends, all the Bg info of Scorponok, the motives of Alpha Quintesson, much of the "nonsense" that Op talks, Demolishor/Ironhide-Irontread death and evolution, etc.Hound wrote:

Always stick to the Fansubbed Jap episodes. I have the entire Armada series on DVD, dubbed, and it's attrocious. With the exception of Optimus, Megatron (Yeess) and /starscream, the voice actors sound as wooden as a rainforest, absolutely no emotion in their voices. And the badly translated script didnt help. Currently watching the Subtitled Galaxy Force, absolutely loving it, with the exception of the kids. Note to Takara, we dont need children. It started back in G1 with Daniel (shudder).

And lets not forget OOna and Jack from season three of Beast Wars. Damn Dinobot and his heroic sacrafice to save the human race. OK, we would cease to exsist, but he should have let Megs and co destroy that bloody valley. A small price to pay for those retarded Spitting image rejects. Jack looked like he'd gone ten rounds with Mike Tyson, and lost. Ok rant over now, going to pointlessely repeatedly transform some galaxy force figures to calm down. Very theraputic playing with toys

Does anyone have pics or screenshots regarding the show? I'm curious to see what it looks like.

Try here for some stills and video:

although there are better places for video of the show - I just can't remember where off-hand.
From the same site:

that's kinda what the show looks like.

Dunno if i like these designs. They're unusual.
But i guess surpassing Energon Megatron in design and look is hard.
