Yeah dudes, it's summer, and christmas is like a half year away. But who cares?

Transfans is a great place - and we've experienced a lot of crazy and fun stuff here (fake suicides, Transfans VS Sims 2, musical threads, etc).
Some of you have even met in real life

But lets make things even more crazy. One might even say: creepy.

I totally understand if people wont like this idea. Anyways... here it goes:

You send me a pm, with your full name and adress, saying "I am interested in the secret santa crap!"

When the dust has settled, I'll pm you somebody elses adress (and their transfans nickname) and your mission is to send them a gift. It can be anything from some old comic books you dont want anymore - or maybe you'll go out and actually buy something. Just use your imagination, and your common sense (buying a car, or sending a turd = you are not using your common sense).
And dont reveal who the gift is from. The keyword is: secret.

Transfans is a place with people from all over the world - so if you are not willing to send stuff from England to the US, because of shipping costs etc, please say so in the pm.
A padded envelope, sent from Sweden to the Us, will cost about $13. Just an example.

If I feel that not enough people are showing an interest in this, I'll just cancel the whole thing (and somebody else will of course be welcome to take over the operation).

I never look at the postmark when I get a package, so I have no idea how that sort of thing works (and I think it works a little bit different in Sweden, compared to the UK).

Will the postmark say something like "England, Manchester"? Or just "England"?

It'll indicate country, county and sorting office. for example-

Medway, Kent

ENGLAND.

doesnt bother me tho, i think its a super idea ^_^ im sure in the spirit of the thing we can trust people to just not try too hard to figure out who their present was from?

It'd be stupendously easy to figure out I'm the one who sent something to someone if I was in.

But I think it's a really cool idea. Something I've never heard of before, anyway, and I like that.
