hitting a low point after seeing her a few weeks ago - withdrawal has upped massively and i am now having dreams/nightmares about it all. great.

think whole first bday wothout her and bank hol mon on my own is not helping.

so far have resisted urge to text/call etc iun vain hope she may have chnaged her mind as well. Just got to stick at it i think, and start drinking a bit less...

I know how you feel. I tried to fill this b'day weekend with things to do, but my mind kept wandering back to her. it sucks.

WoW has cheered me up, but I feel restless and drink is a better friend.

On a plus side, still no ciggys for 11 weeks now!
