If the Ivory Tower is the brain of the board, and the Transformers discussion is its heart, then General Discussions is the waste disposal pipe. Or kidney. Or something suitably pulpy and soft, like 4 week old bananas.

He's just so loveable. Hes talented, quality, damn sexy, looks like he could be another Bergkamp and a very naughty boy. He also scored two goals to get Arsenal into the F.A cup final. What more could you want?

don´t think so..bergkamp is maybe the best dutch player ever.
at least in the same league as Cruijff and van Basten
at least van persie once played for the best club in the world.....

Hes good, but I dont think he will ever be Dennis good.
He also looks like he belives the hype about himself.
Now Rooney on the other hand, thats a great player, obvious from the start. no where near is a pretty as Van tho!

Amazing. Somebody can look like they believe the hype?
I doubt it.
He has been quoted several times as being confused why comparasion's with Dennis are made a Dennis does things he could never do. He's also spent most of the season on the bench and got the blame for sending us out the title race as well as the fact hes hardly been a huge news story and full of undeserving rave reviews.
All of which ment that even if he did have a ego it's been knocked out of him pretty quickly. He's known to be a hard worker on the training ground, plays for the team, keeps low low profile and still only has to look at Bergkamp or Henry to really see how good he is.

I know what Impy means, he looks cocky. Doesn't mean he is, but he looks it. And yes, you can look cocky!
Scored 2 great goals yesterday though. Felt for him when he got smacked in the face.

Enjoy.
Dirty Blackburn. I enjoy physical games, I've been a fan of Bolton this season who play it hard, but they were utter s###. Too many late tackles, Vieria was hacked to peices, Savage lives up to his reputation as a dirty b###### and Todd shows what a wanker he is. hes been sacked by two clubs(Bolton and charlton) for fighting with his own club's employees already and the fact his elbow got raised after a goal had been scored and only when he got to Van Persie doesn't stand well for him.

both pictures are good, one shows Van getting what he deserved. and the 2nd is a goal mouth clearance that we deserved.
United won 4-1 today, we were class again.
Rooney, Ronaldo, and Ruud all brillant.
See you in the finnal.

Yeah, Erik Edmans goal was insane!
His first goal in the premiership and it's a super-shot from way out.
Can't believe I'm still here.

Go Dudi! But don't do that when you play in our national team.
I finally got to see Schevchenko's one against Inter. Thanks, snarl.

I second that, Blackburn managed to break both Carragher and Baros's legs last year in the same game. Im pretty sure they munted another one of our players in the return fixture.
