Vote for Optimus Prime!

This was posted in another forum:

My University has just built a new Athletic Center and they are having an online vote to decide what the name of the building is going to be. On the top ten choices for the name of the building is "Optimus Prime".

So my point now is on this website

there is the top ten names and "Optimus Prime" is on there. So I ask you all to help me get my university's new building named "Optimus Prime" . The Last day to vote is tomorrow I believe, so if you can all help me out it'll be greatly appreciated.

total domination! I voted Optimus Prime meself. I must say, with such naff and/or boring names that was in the poll it's the only logical choice.

Here is the unfortunate conclusion:

Well I think it's time for me to write a letter to the University newspaper and see what they have to say in return. I think it'll be funny ot hear what they will have to say.

However I'm disappointed that Optimus didn't win, i was taping it all with my digital camera and everything and was ready to burst out cheering when they were supposed to say his name.

Just want to say thanks again for everyone who voted, at least we know it was supposed to be named Optimus Prime.
