A point of high tensions between Prime Minister Tony Blair and Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger today, as it becomes increasingly apparent that the Governator's disclosure of top secret security information given to him from a five year old concerning the possiblity of London Bridge falling down has left Blair laughing and gasping for breath.
