Looks like they made a Prime from HOS. Though they appear to have been bound legally for the name.

"But the Costa story featuring Starscream? Fantastic! This guy is "The One", I just know it, just from these few pages. "--Yaya, who is never wrong.

Or do one big poo in the morning and another one in the afternoon. I bet they weren't even excited by and then subsequently disappointed by Star Wars Prequels. Or have a glass full of spare change near their beds. That they don't have.

The page that that link links to is quite amusing too (via Chrome's translation from Japanese, at least):Brendocon wrote:For those who don't know...

Although, that would only be from a "funny horse surrender"-is-funny point-of-view.
One is an obvious Knock-off of Classics Tankor, so are any of the other trains based on existing trainbots?

I can tell you for certain that the two on the far left were based on an original bootleg mold, the others are based off legit ones. Tall bugger in the back is from Takara's WebDiver, the two identical guys in front of him are from an early Takara's Brave line (and combine Jetfire-Jetstorm style), the one behind not-Tankor is from Bandai's Magiranger.Rebis wrote:

I suppose they could bring out an entire train, rather than just engines.
The engine could be a transformer, complete with working motor, and then there could be, say two carriages and two stock, which don't transform into robots themselves, but into combiner limbs that attach to the enginebot.
Then again, trains aren't really that great a disguise are they? I mean, can't you envisage a scenario where 'Trainbot' is asked what he turns into, and when he says "a train" he's told "Great disguise! But, there aren't any railways near here!"
I wonder if that's why Astrotrain was a triple-changer, and all the battles in RID were conveniently placed next to railways.
