Transformers encyclopeadia

Post by dirtbiker2000 » Sun Apr 20, 2008 2:17 pm

Hi everyone

About 13 years ago when i was still at primary school a friend of mine had a book that was an encyclopeadia of all transformers that had been around at the time, including ones from the original animated series and the original movie. Does Anyone here have this book and even better does anyone know where i may be able to get a copy of this book.

Cheers muchly

Ollie

Hmm, well there are several such books, most notable being the 'Unofficial Guide to Transformers'. Some encompass all TF series released so far, others only the G1 series.

I recommend you visit Cliffjumper's yahoogroups page though, where the Japanese TF: Generations book is scanned in an up for download. It's not the best TF guide as it's mostly pictures and is in japanese, but contains lists of all the released TFs (US, European and Japanese too) from 1984 to 1995.

The Transformers Universe was a 4 issue limited series which had the A to Z of all Transformers at the time, and I believe it was collected in one volume later.

A few years ago Dreamwave published 2 volumes of a more definitive version with better art.
