Problems in Customs with TFS -Mattel Lead incident related

A few weeks ago many mattel toys were recalled in the US because they exceeded the amount of lead permitted.

Because of that news, here in Peru in the customs section many of us who usually import Tfs are having trouble (the customs in my country is a ******).

So the question would be. Where can I find the details of tfs "ingredients" or a manifiesto from Hasbro saying their toys are safe or anything I can do/make to show these cretins everything is ok?

Or where can I write?

Honestly, I would contact Hasbro directly. I'm guessing this is not the first time they have dealt w/ the issue and probably have some kind of press statement already made
