Relatively small haul today. I found a Masterpiece Starscream for 50 bucks. Not a great selection of TFs, though a 35 dollar Godbomber MIB was tempting. I did pick up a Sentai mecha, though. MIB Dragon Caesar. I had the Power Ranger version when I was younger, so I figured adding the Japanese version to my ever growing robot collection wasn't a terrible bet. And at 17 USD, why not?

You found a MIB GOD BOMBER for $35(!) and PASSED ON IT?! I'm shocked that you let such a wonderful deal pass! You can't find any original God Bombers in any condition on ebay unless you're really lucky, let alone MIB! As you can tell, I'm baffled. I would've jumped on that chance like Michael Jackson on a little boy! That MP-03 was a good deal, but wasn't ANYWHERE near getting God Bomber for at least 1/12 of the average auction price!
Does anyone have a sedative? I really need one.

You want it? I'll probably be back at that store on Friday. It'd be around $50 after shipping.Hot Shot wrote:You found a MIB GOD BOMBER for $35(!) and PASSED ON IT?! Well, it was a hobby shop and they had a TON of sentai mecha. I was tempted on a boxed (I don't know the Japanese name, but in the US it was) Serpentera for 50.Aaron Hong wrote:Dragon Caesar?! Didn't think you could get those anymore, even IN Japan.
As for God Bomber - I got that reissue God Ginrai a while back so that's a different story.
Out of curiousity, is Dragon Caesar worth anything? It's a nice toy, but if I could sell or trade to buy something I actually want, I definately will.

Daijinryu? That one might be worth it just for the silver flake plastic and electronics that the US version missed.Professor Smooth wrote: Well, it was a hobby shop and they had a TON of sentai mecha. I was tempted on a boxed (I don't know the Japanese name, but in the US it was) Serpentera for 50.
I don't have any exact figures on hand but it's bound to fetch a lot.Professor Smooth wrote: Out of curiousity, is Dragon Caesar worth anything? It's a nice toy, but if I could sell or trade to buy something I actually want, I definately will.

Daijinryu? That's the original MMPR Megazord, right? They didn't have that. Or what the US called Titanus. Shame, because actually having a set of the three would make for a very nice display.
I can't check ebay from work (the only place I have 'net access right now), but I'm told there's one other one with an opening bid of 150 (and no bidders).
Maybe I'll ebay it and hope for the best.
