MP-05 Megatron has a red tip!!!

Apparently, according to BBTS... anyone having a Masterpiece Megatron imported into the states will have to have a red tip previously attached to the barrel, or customs will seize it!

Now, I live in Canada... MP-05 was gonna be one of my potential favourites, but if our laws are anything like america's then I'm not even gonna bother. Do any of you know what the deal is up here???

Anyone who has access to more transformers boards spread the word! This is the only site I use to post.

This has already been brought up, and so far it would seem as if it's only BBTS that's going to go trough the extra mile and add on even more colour to the barrel, except for the orange/red tip that TakTomy are adding themselves.

Also: Just repaint it, dude.

This doesn't bother me all that much, since Megs uses his scope for a cannon instead of that barrel anyways. (The barrel goes over his right shoulder, so it'll look like a CB antenna or something.)

Although the idea of people painting red tips on real guns is somewhat disturbing.

yes i know what you mean. i've often wondered what was stopping people from painting real guns bright orange (or whatever the safety laws are) and just carrying them wherever they want... it's a bit daft if you ask me.
