I never knew about this toy... sure, pretty much everyone knows about the 3 Microman guns produced: Walther P38 (black/silver), Browning, Magnum revolver...
So when a friend of mine said he saw a Magnum robot on Ebay, I checked expecting the (pretty rare) Magnum, but it was something entirely different!

As I learned... this was a Microman toy, designed and made by Takara, but they never produced it under Microman. They sold the rights to Takara's italian distributor, GIG, who sold it as Highway Patrolman. It's a pretty rare toy and it transforms much differently then Megs or the other Magnum.
But the most interesting thing is... check that gray face with the visor! And the brown handle-legs... the gray fists, and the forward-facing holster and barrel on the body... reminds you of anyone?
