A lot of people have noticed it. I don't think there'll be a lawsuit, cause I don't think there's enough likeness, the colours for one thing might work as a deterrent.

DC doesn't seem to be as keen as Marvel to sue either.

Doubt there would be any suing going on over that. Though I would be interested in seeing a case like that - not over this actual toy though - at some point, as there are so many different versions of the Batmobile, some of which are basically just pretty ordinary roadcars with pointy bits, that I'm surprised someone hasn't already made themself one.
Ooh, I just remembered about that guy who painted up an old Datsun to look like Prowl. That was cool.

Anyways, if anyone's looking to repaint Master Megs as the Batmobile, probably better to wait for Galvatron. Much better colours.
