(I'm sorry, I'm just so blown away by them that I couldn't help myself.)

Megatron isnt a bad mold, except the colors, so if you want to get only one, you might wanna wait for the recolor

Gasket also surprised me, a lot of articulation and very decent transformation

Starscream is just poo, design is good, but thats all, way too simplistic for his size and crappy arms

My faves so far are Inch Up, Fangwolf, Flame Convoy and Excillion.

They are not complex in terms of transformation, they are very intuitive, and lots of fun.

The power chip gimmick is crud though.

I think Vector Prime is fantastic in every way. Masterpiece Optimus is the best Transformer of all time, and Vector Prime easily takes second place. Both of his modes are very detailed and original, and his transformation is simple but at the same time very effective. I can't say enough about how much I love this toy.

Fast Aid / Red Alert may look like Transformers Robocop, but he's a great figure, too. He has a very ingenious Transformation scheme and he looks great in both robot and SUV modes. My only complaint is that he should have rubber wheels. The rear-window machine guns are a great touch.

I also picked up Saidos. I have to say this guy is kind of a brick, but I think he's insanely cute. He looks like he has a big potbelly. I love his big claw hand and the fact that he has orc teeth.

I'm also looking forward to the new Rumble (cool as @$&#!), as well as a few of the new plane toys.
