BigBadToyStore.com question?

I normally purchase my Takara TransFormers Collection figures from BigBadToyStore.com. I recently sold a few of them on ebay and the winning bidder emailed me after receiving these items and asked me why some of them were double taped and triple taped. Does this mean that these items aren't factory sealed? I never once removed the contents from their boxes so I know it's not me. I also noticed that all the items I purchased from Digital Toys only had on piece of tape on the top of the box and the bottom of the box. Thanks in advance.

I get a lot of TFs from BBTS, but I don't think the double/triple tape is anything they do as I've bought TFs at retail taped the same way. It's probably just a variation/glitch by the machine that does the taping.

I've had double taped stuff (mostly imports) I'm assuming that customs are looking for bombs.

Or playing with the TFs.
