GF Prime variation question.

Just been here:

and was confused to see the GF Prime shown had a black gun instead of the grey one I have, and fold-out posts on his big guns for holding them in place in Super Mode. Also, it looks like he has spare hands, a spare head and two force chips. I wouldn't mind if it was just colour differences, but these are also mold differences.
I just got my GF Prime yesterday from Japan - is it a fake or just now superceded by an update? The shop I got it from is trustworthy, I'm just confused/annoyed at the obvious differences between my Prime and the one in the picture.
Anyone got any answers?
