Make a list of every single DECEPTICON. Remove the warriors, the high-rankers, the loyal foot soldiers, the over-achievers, and anyone who’s ever made even a modest contribution to The Cause. You should now have five names left. Welcome back, guys.
PREVIEW
I've been looking forward to this issue since I heard the Scavengers were back. Page 1 is just pure joy. Panel 7 is possibly my favourite panel of all time.
"I know what's happened! It's obvious what's happened! I want to know how we can make it unhappen!"

Panel 6 is almost a take on Father Ted.

FIVE PAGE PREVIEW
This really does look like it's going to be a corker of an issue.
I hope they don't die

MAXIMUM JUSTICE!
That was a fantastic issue and Fort Max is brutal.
Skullcruncher was brilliant.

Re: MTMTE #45
I thought the stand up prat was a bit was cringe-worthy tbh, but the rest of the issue I really enjoyed, especially the end.

Re: MTMTE #45
I'm hoping he was deliberately cringeworthy, as if Roberts was deliberately channelling a stand-up who's about as funny as penile cancer, like Seinfeld.
I would have waited a ******* eternity for this!!!!

I'll re read this tomorrow but I have no idea what was going on.
Re: MTMTE #45
I approve. Especially enjoyed the real toy panel with their figures in the grass. Hehe, nice touch.
Looks like ole Fort Max has got his own brand of justice. Something tells me he's still got some loose screws up north from his time at Garrus-9 and the quality time he spent with Overlord.
Nice to get away from the Lost Light for a bit.

"But the Costa story featuring Starscream? Fantastic! This guy is "The One", I just know it, just from these few pages. "--Yaya, who is never wrong.

Re: MTMTE #45
Gah, he's going to kill some of them, isn't he? Especially since they're all locked into robot mode thanks to Demus's transformation phobia
I would have waited a ******* eternity for this!!!!

Re: MTMTE #45
Maybe he just wants to "rescue" Grimlock, who was a fellow prisoner on Garrus 9?
Or maybe he wants to kill Grimmers for something.
I don't want any Scavengers to die

Re: MTMTE #45
MTMTE has been pretty good about not axing characters, popular or otherwise. So I have hope that all of the Scavengers will pull through. It's refreshing that way. The writer ("James" feels too familiar, "Mr. Roberts", too formal, "Roberts", impolite, and "James Roberts" too cold.) has done a fantastic job not relying on shocking deaths to give weight to a story. Instead, using things like "leaving indefinitely" and "being badly hurt".
I don't know about the rest of you, but I don't live in a world where my close friends *die* every few months. But I've definitely said my share of "I don't know when I'll see you again, but take care"s in my time. And I've visited more hospitals than I care to count. So, for me, DEATH is something that is pretty rare. And that's leaving aside that DEATH in comics is rarely permanent. But LEAVING? For how long? A month? A year? Until the NEXT writer decides to bring the character back? Are we at least going to see what that character is up to?
