Transformers vs GI Joe

Is anyone else reading this? The current issue has Inferno and Seaspray emerging from Cerebros alongside some Joes, a parrot, a pig and a cat with a rocket launcher to fight the inside of Trypticon's mouth, while on the other page, Megatron has turned Grimlock into a glove puppet. I know 'XXXX on acid' is a bit of a cliché, but this really is like Transformers on acid. I was massively confused because I thought it finished at 4 issues for a start, but this is just about the most bizarre thing I've seen in ages. I genuinely don't know what to think.
I would have waited a ******* eternity for this!!!!

I liken it to dumping all the toys outta your toybox as a kid, and creating a story that involves every toy.

It defies analysis. It almost dares you to believe that no such comic could possibly exist, and yet, there it is.

It reads almost like a Dreamwave story written in earnest, if not for the trippy self-awareness.

Or do one big poo in the morning and another one in the afternoon. I bet they weren't even excited by and then subsequently disappointed by Star Wars Prequels. Or have a glass full of spare change near their beds. That they don't have.

I've tried to reread it all again but I keep getting lost. It really is the strangest thing I've read in ages. I think the best part - and one that I hope they're trying out here to see how it plays in the wider continuity - is the idea of the humans launching an attack on Cybertron. That's something I've wanted to see for ages and to be honest it's kind of where I thought what used to be RID was going before all this stuff about the Macguffin of Combination being on Earth for some reason.

"Everybody Hates Metroplex" is the best title for a comic book ever. Metroplex is now a big starfish. I'm entertained and thoroughly baffled at the same time.

"But the Costa story featuring Starscream? Fantastic! This guy is "The One", I just know it, just from these few pages. "--Yaya, who is never wrong.
