I was debating whether to get this. Is it a one off issue or a series? Either way is it worth getting?

It's a one-off adventure for the TFs, set within a larger plot for the Lone Gunmen, for which it's issue #4 of 6. I've not read the other parts but this was quite accessible and set in the present day of the Hearts of Steel/Infiltration 2 continuity. I quite enjoyed it, mainly for Mulder's appearance, but not as much as Regeneration One, obviously.
