I'd say that was a pretty important issue in IDW's continuity. Didn't see that kind of historical significance coming. One of the better RID issues too.
Get a lot of important backstory, including Soundwave's history with his cassettes, how Ratbat became his bitch, and his first encounter with Megatron himself. I think that might have been Shockwaves first encounter with Megs too. Also get Scorponok was a gladiator, as was Grimlock(which I think we already knew?).
Loved Ramondelli's work in this. Sometimes his work, with the shades and colors, just days "epic". Other times you think you need a flashlight to read it.
Overall one of the more enjoyable and important issues from RID.

Re: RID #22 Review.
Yeah that was actually pretty good. The working backwards worked well, the revelations were pretty good, the inclusion of the functionalist manifesto worked well.
The bad guys not being such bad guys worked well.
Better.

I enjoyed this a lot. It's nice to get a good, solid issue of RiD--I haven't been impressed since the bloody Annual.

Or do one big poo in the morning and another one in the afternoon. I bet they weren't even excited by and then subsequently disappointed by Star Wars Prequels. Or have a glass full of spare change near their beds. That they don't have.
