Predacons Rising

Early next month (and a few days later on DVD), Hasbro's own TV network, the Hub, will broadcast a special 90 minute event that serves as an epilogue to the critically acclaimed fan-favorite series, Transformers: Prime. Titled Predacons Rising, this all new Transformers event will finally put all the Transformers on newly restored planet of Cybertron against the newest threat to their existence, the Predacons, AND the oldest threat in the universe, Unicron...now wearing the skin of the dearly deceased Megatron.

To build anticipation for this event, Hasbro was kind enough to send out advanced review copies to several different Transformers news websites. At least ONE of these websites repayed Hasbro's generosity in a way that will likely not come as much of a surprise...by posting the entire thing on YouTube.

Hasbro has been diligent in their efforts to have the pirated copy taken down, but it's out there now. And, really, it's pretty damn good. Maybe not More Than Meets The Eye good. But definitely Beast Wars good. And it's a more definitive conclusion to a Transformers series than we usually get.

Check it out on the Hub in a few weeks, on DVD shortly afterwards, or on YouTube whenever you damn well please, it would seem.
