I liked that quite a lot.

Avoided all the previews. Think I'll do that for all the comics from now on, made it much better.

Same old with the art. Break neck pace and quite a lot happened.

Good stuff!

Not been the greatest arc, but this latest issue was good fun - decent pace with plenty of action.

Must admit I'm itching for Guido to have a crack at this now. I don't mind a bit of nostalgia but I just can't buy into Wildman's style anymore having seen so many superior artists. Too much sloppiness.

Enjoyed this a lot. Much better.

Doubt this is the last we see of Grimlock somehow

Agree.

Also liked Hot Rod basically telling Primus to do one.

Nice to see Blur use his powers to kick some rear for once as well.

No way Guzzle would be susceptable to the deceptovirus though - come on! He's the Guzz Guzz!

I didn't actually click that Perceptor was faking it, so I guess that was quite well done!

SPOILER!!!

I liked the bit at the end with OP seeing Galvatron and referring to him as Megatron.

Quick recap.

Has Optimus met Galvy before, and does he know that Galvy is Megatron?

Now we're talkin.

Loved this issue. This is what I envisioned when this series was announced. Great character moments in this issue, and despite Scorponok's ridiculous 80's Marvel plan, and Grimlocks somewhat out-of-character betrayal of sorts, I still enjoyed the showdown between the two at the end. Particularly enjoyed Grimlock's moment of redemption. Nice to see that he understood how his love of his fellow Dinobots cost many Autobots their lives, and that he was willing to go down for the count because of it.

Great breakneck pacing to this issue and excellent showcasing of the subplots here. This issue pretty much featured most of the movers and shakers for this series, all the bigwigs. Exciting stuff.

Felt like the 80's again, really, more so than any of the other issues. Loved Guido's cover. I think Guido actually does a better job capturing the nostalgic vibe than Wildman does, and I'm not upset about hearing him tackling the interiors.

So Megatron gone. Ratchet gone. Springer gone. Scorponok gone. Grimlock....gone? Somehow, I doubt it.

Give it an "A".
"But the Costa story featuring Starscream? Fantastic! This guy is "The One", I just know it, just from these few pages. "--Yaya, who is never wrong.

The art kinda killed this for me :( Starscream had no face at one point and AW seems to have utterly forgotten how to draw Galvatron. Such a shame.

Story zipped along nicely, though the end felt very rushed. Why couldn't Prime have asked Magnus to drop him off rather than driving?

Think there's a cover of Galvy v Megsy like that... It might be an internal one... maybe towards the end when they decide to [composite word including 'f*ck'] shockwave up

That's an impressive death toll of high-rankers!

Just wondering, is there a reason for that? Is Regen only set to run as far as 100 issues? Or, if it carries on selling well will it just keep running?

I thought I read somewhere, prior to this series starting that it was only to run for a set amount of issues?

I think the idea is to have a definitive end to that era of Transformers

I thin they probably said that, but do have ideas on how to continue it if it is selling well enough.

This is how I would prefer they colour Regen.

Shadow = black, bold solid colours for the rest, minimal digital colour effects... Use some, but use sparingly!
