The first volume is available in TPB i think. You also want to track down the two part chaos theory story from the preceeding TF ongoing.

Yep, Chaos Theory is vital to Shadowplay - didn't realise quite how much I was missing from the latter plotline until I went back and read those issues. Then I read Heart of Darkness
