As an idea, I like it.

Can't help but think it would have been hamstrung by too many corporate/editorial dictats to really work though.

I think the TFs would work better with the cosmic bigtime epic scale of the JLA than they did with the admittedly pithy New Avengers.

Agree about Prime as a GL - next concept.

Art certainly sells it for me - but given how poor TF/Avengers was can't help but feel this will be better in our heads than it would have been on paper.

Plus Big Bat robot is probably about as daft as big Iron Man.
