Based on the preview looks promising. Writing seems stronger, though Bumblebee is a still a bit of a div!

Seemed to be merging the first proper page with the inside cover page. *****.

I'm not hugely loving RID, this doesn't really inspire me a whole bunch.

For the most part I agree. Of the three monthly major TF titles RID is the weakest. There has been a lot of constructive feedback on Barber's writing style over on the IDW forums. I'm hoping he's had a read and taken some of it under consideration.

I still think he's better than Costa though!

Oh, I like him way better then Costa, but Costa was ****. I'd stick to coffee if I was him.

RID - I find the art a bit "kiddy", the characterisation a bit jarring and at times thick, and it's a bit convoluted.
