Transformers: Prime episode 23 (possible spoilers)

Post by Scraplet » Mon Aug 29, 2011 12:57 am

Woo! has anyone watched this yet?

May have to consider this a nomination for Best Animated Prime/Megs Showdown. I'm still grinning, even though I finished watching it 10 minutes ago.

Right, I just need a nice Canadian to post episode 24 on youtube now, please, as I believe it aired there earlier today. Quick! Want to watch it now! :)

Loved this episode. If it's not my favorite of all time, it's damn close.

Canada got a rerun of Predatory today, even though episode 24 was scheduled. We might have to wait for the Hub to air it in September. :(

That was an amazing episode. I think the show's finally hitting Beast Wars quality. Maybe even surpassing it.

24 won't get here soon enough.

Damn :(
I assume this is due to the production schedule not keeping pace with the scheduled air-time again, then? Just seems crazy to be making an animated a series while you are broadcasting the same series. What's wrong with finishing it first and then airing it!? Is this normal?

On the plus side, I hadn't realised it was back from the previous hiatus, so upon searching for episode 21 I found I could indulge in a three-episode binge, which was nice :D

Agreed. I think it has surpassed it in a number of ways. The characterisation of the main TF cast is brilliant. This is my favourite animated Megatron ever. Even the development of Bulkhead has been great, and I had no hope or love for him at the start. Hell, this is the first TF show to keep me gripped since Beast Machines.

I've been loving this series from the get-go and it's great that it's finally getting to pay-off time. I usually watch these on Saturday mornings when the missus is having a lie-in. Top stuff.
I would have waited a ******* eternity for this!!!!

The animation put me off the series, even though the writing's great, but that fight might just put me back on.

Or do one big poo in the morning and another one in the afternoon. I bet they weren't even excited by and then subsequently disappointed by Star Wars Prequels. Or have a glass full of spare change near their beds. That they don't have.

Yay, I thought it was just me who hated CGI :)

Looks like Smooth was right, and there will be no new episode until October 1st.

However, if the wiki entry is correct, we have a continuous run to the season end; "One Shall Rise" pts 1, 2 and 3.

Series finale is up on the Youtube, even though its not aired in the States yet, as far as I know.....

Some nice call-backs to other continuities throughout the final 4 episodes, and it seems this is where "The 13" mythology is to get set in stone. Nice twist at the end. Worth a watch :)

Edit: oh yeah, and don't **** with Soundwave! :D
