Just kinda thought of this whilst reading another topic.
What are your fave "one off" (i.e over in one issue) TF stories?
I was just thinking about Kup being all gleeful in Headmasters 1 and getting the verbal slap down from Fart Max and it reminded me of the fairly awseome "Kup comes out of retirement" story wuth Hotrod and those nasty green buggers.
Lots of stuff like this in the later UK black and white strips as well.
One offs

Because I'm a softy at heart, I'm going to give the Starscream Christmas story a mention.
Dry Run took my breath away the first time I saw it. Cyclonus' fate was brutal and shocking.
Looking at the black and white stuff, I really like Flashback. A clever and thought provoking little story told in 5 short pages.
And how about some of the Spotlights? The Grimlock, Nightbeat and Kup ones were great little tales.

Ah, i reckon that doesn't count as it was part of the story about Megs and Shockers trying to take the Decpticons back over.Impactor returns 2.0 wrote:What's the one where loads of bounty hunters are trying to kill starscream?
I always thought that portrayed how tough he really is?..
Ha. I'd forgotten about the Starscream xmas story - streaching the bounds of character credibility?
Yeah Dry run is class, and some of Anderson's best ever art IMO.
