"The first rule..."

Without getting too spoilery, not a fan of all the Bay-isms like badass human liaison and R2-D2 Bumblebee. Humans look weird and awkward. It's going to be extra strange when there's an inevitable human romance.

But those are my only complaints. Full of awesome surprise after awesome surprise.

Or have a glass full of spare change near their beds. That they don't have.

SPOILERTOWN

How fricking weird is it to hear Dwayne Johnson's voice coming out of Cliffjumper at first? :o

Bumblebee and the "child genius" annoy me.

"Buuuulkhead, I NEEDED that!"

So Megatron's ultimate weapon is going to be Fast Zombies. Huh. Correction... BECOME a Fast Zombie...? 0_o Yeah... that's a fabulous idea.

So if that thing still registered as Cliffjumper once it came back, does that mean that becoming an Evil Smurf (Gnap! Gnap!) isn't a permanent condition?

All in all, I'm impressed, entertained and somewhat delighted! It's kinda reminiscent of BW/BM stylistically and manages to bring in touches of the movie without being annoying. Now wish we got this "Hub" channel here. :(

It's like BW/BM played surrogate mother to the unholy union of Movie and Animated. In a good way!

However, I did think, when Prime was selecting his team, that the way it was presented was reminiscent of Matt Tracker saying "Computer, please give me the MASK agents best suited for this mission."

I am assuming that emvee will be keeping us updated for those that dont have HUB.

I really enjoyed this. A LOT. However, my Bulkhead will always and forever be full of Energon Helicopteriness

Just watched the first 2 episodes. It was impressive and entertaining and it has great promise to be a full season series(i hope). It's a pity there are only 3 episodes left. I wonder what the ratings are?

ow and the voice cast hasn't been this good since beastwars.

It's going to be a 26-episode series, so there's going to be a lot of stuff to discuss...

Somebody over at Bottalk mentioned this and I totally agree with it. It's like Prime tries to make everything he says sound epic. Almost like he's stuck in narrator mode. For some things, it just sounds a bit forced.

Nightbeat said something about in Eugenesis. "Prime's voice sounds almost comically grave."

After about 2 minutes of listening to (the hilariously nicknamed) Rockjumper, I got wondering, "Wow, how did they get a major movie star like The Rock to join the cast?" After another few minutes I was like, "Oh. Duh. How did I not see that coming?"

Is the special agent guy Ernie Hudson, from Ghostbusters? A ghostbuster and a pro-wrestler in a Transformers show starring Peter Cullen and Frank Welker. Yeah. I'm pretty cool with TF:Prime.

Minor complain: Optimus, keep the faceplate on! You look one of those things from I, Robot! Super, super minor, though. Pretty damn cool, overall.

Finally got around to watching this, and I wasn't disappointed.

A few thoughts:

The writing is solid so far. I'm interested in where they're going with Unicron.

Bee and Raff are annoying, but Ratchet, Bulkhead, and Arcee are quality.

The constant posing is starting to get annoying

The faces look terrible. Lips, better speech synching, and noses would make a world of difference. That, and file down Megatron's teeth.

Keep the faceplate on, Prime. Just because Animated Prime could pull it off doesn't mean you can.

Relax and stop over-acting, Mr. Cullen. You aren't working on a movie trailer.

And Soundwave ain't no girl.
"But the Costa story featuring Starscream? Fantastic! This guy is "The One", I just know it, just from these few pages. "--Yaya, who is never wrong.

Just watched episode 3. This series has potential. I love that they're just kind of jumping into it. A lot has already happened, and there's plenty of places for it to go.

Miko's annoying as hell, but since that seems to be the point, I guess it's all good.

I wonder, though. Since Jack is basically Sam/Spike and Raph is basically Chip Chase, why not just use those names? Then again, who cares, really?

Oh man, EPIV = EPIC.

Coupla moments where I got kinda irritated, still don't like Meg's face for example, and plotholes and stuff abound, but this was a really good episode that again, covered a lot of ground and did it really well. There's one more episode to go, and if these five episodes were strung together as a tv movie, I really wouldn't complain. I'm even starting to take to Bulkhead.

So, Megatron + Zombies + Space Bridge = RBFATE. Can't wait.
I would have waited a ******* eternity for this!!!!

Saw the last two mini-series episodes earlier. The fourth episode was okay, but I thought the last one was kinda bad.

*spoilers and a little rant*

I hate Miko. I really do. I think she's worse than most of the Unicron Trilogy kids. She's annoying, stupid, and weighs everyone else down. Bulkhead can't protect you if you constantly play with matches, dumbass.

Raf is really coming-off as every 10-year-old Movie Bumblebee fan ever, but with Super Haxxorz Powerz. I can't say I like him.

Then the TFTM line. Oh gawd, the line. A few days ago I was glad they weren't fanwanking the show up, but then they had to go and use the same, old "One shall stand..." line that does nothing but make me want to kick puppies.

And then Arcee's life signs are weak and they make a big deal about it. Then she's suddenly better and can stand fine. Meh.

The ending narration made me cringe as well. I felt they(Kurtzman and Orci) were showing a lot of improvement in their writing, and then they slipped back into the same blah writing style of the first Bay flick. Needless to say I'm disappointed.

There are some good things to note. Ratchet's still awesome. What he said to OP before he left was gold. I still like Bulkhead and Arcee. The Decepticons are alright so far, but we need more non-generics. Jack gets props for being mildly interesting.
