Over the last 25 years the Transformers have appeared in media from the exquisite to the scribbled and been licensed to the responsible and the... Pat Lee. Discussion of all the branches of TF media within!

Have your pencils inked by a pro!

Hi Everyone,
you might have seen elsewhere on this site that I now do commissions of your favourite comics characters, including GI Joe and Transformers, naturally!

But I thought some of the fan artists among visitors to this forum might be interested in seeing what their pencil art would look like inked by a professional (as well as Gi Joe and TF, I've also inked everything from Spider-Man to Green Lantern to Judge Dredd, and dozens of other characters, including Zoids and Thundercats, for all the major US and UK publishers).

So, for a small fee, I'm happy to ink your pencils. Prices are below.

I look forward to inking some of your pencils soon!
Stephen.

Prices:

£25 for inking an A4 illo with one character and no background.
£40 for inking an A4 illo with one character plus background.
£35 for inking an A4 illo with 2 or more characters with no background.
£50 for inking an A4 illo with 2 or more characters plus background.
£50 for inking an A3 illo with one character and no background.
£70 for inking an A3 illo with one character plus background.
£70 for inking an A3 illo with 2 or more characters and no background.
£90 for inking an A3 illo with 2 or more characters plus background.

(These prices include copying your digital file onto bristol board in pencil before inking. If you want supply me with your actual pencils already on Bristol Board, you can take £10 off the price.)

Postage:

Small:

UK: £4, (1st Class Recorded).
European Union: £8 (International Signed For).

USA, Canada, Japan: £10 (International Signed For).

Large:

UK: £6, (1st Class Recorded).

European Union: £10 (International Signed For).

USA, Canada, Japan: £12 (International Signed For).

Payment by paypal before the commission is started.
Stephen Baskerville is best known for his inking work in the 1990's, particularly on Transformers, GI Joe, and Web of Spider-Man. These days he mostly works as a videogame concept artist, on games such as Reservoir Dogs, SpongeBob Squarepants and a new Doctor Who DS game.

I'll front twenty five quid for Stephen to do one of EJ's.

Or do one big poo in the morning and another one in the afternoon. I bet they weren't even excited by and then subsequently disappointed by Star Wars Prequels. Or have a glass full of spare change near their beds. That they don't have.

Cunningly, if Nick Roche, James Roberts or, dare I say it, Simon Furman happened to make posts advertising their writing skills, we could, for a modest fee, produce content for an Issue #2, that would be better than most of the related publications since Issue #1, but possibly not as great as Issue #1 was.
