It was speculated that the gun-laden NASCAR, er, cars were the Stunticons or the Omnibots. Well, it turns out that was crap. Thanks to Nelson, we now know that they're...

The Wreckers.

I know that you think that you know.

But I don't know that.

Previously, Nelson (and/or Bay) said that Kup won't be in the movie. So, which Wreckers could these cars be? Impactor? Nah. Ironfist? Probably not. Drift? Yes! Oh, PLEASE, yes!

Please let Steven Spielberg present a Michael Bay film: Transformers: Cybertron Drift! Featuring Drift! In 3-D!

...Drift.

This thread does not exist, this thread does not exist, this thread does not exist...

Unless, of course, this drives up sales for the TPB of Last Stand of the Wreckers.

Or do one big poo in the morning and another one in the afternoon. I bet they weren't even excited by and then subsequently disappointed by Star Wars Prequels. Or have a glass full of spare change near their beds. That they don't have.

The Wreckers, knowing how Bay works his magic on screen, will be named Slag, Slapper and Windbreaker.
Or knowing how Hasbro's Trademark saving naming system for new toys seems to work, Blastblast, Skywarp and Grimlock.

Hmmn. Bay doesn't like Dino-saurs, so Grim as a Wrecker? Paging SimFur... Could this be that super project that if it went ahead, he described as his dream writing job in some blog thing I remember reading? At some point.
Woooh! Random speculations!

Actually, I recon that Albert Einstienbot head they've shown is Bumblebee after he gets made dead clever by [INSERT SOMETHING THAT'S NOT A TEEN FILM GAG OR AN EXPLOSION HERE]. That's why he'll end up as that be the rubbish yellow car with the racing stripes. Because clever means being rubbish at sports! Take THAT, nerds! Oh Bay, you so funnie!

Oooh! Or even better - BB's dad turns up! Voiced by Sean Connery!
'Bumblebee? We called the Doogbot Bumblebee!'
'Nope. We called him K-9.'
'Oh yesh. I remember now. Shorry, shon.'

I've been trying it for ten years. It'll take more than that to be rid of Smooth.

I'm not that au faît with motor racing, but I'd imagine that all NASCAR vehicles would probably have spoilers of some kind?

Badump tish!

Einstien's prolly the Merc it seems. So - Wheeljack then? I dunno. It all depends on how much cash for robot animation they've got left after Bay cracks open some brewskis and detonates big chunks of the city.

There's some great big red monstertruck that's got Bot symbols, cybertronian art and the name Rollbar on it that's been seen on set, but latest rumour is he's not going to be in the film at all to give more screentime to Name - Wheelie, Function - Leghumper. This could be some of Bay's RAZOR SHARP disinformation ('Is Megatron going to be in ROTF?' 'No' *looks at all the toys already in production* 'Hmmn.'), or... not. I assume he just films car chases and people running away from explosions he detonates all day, and leaves all the drawing in of big robots and talking and stuff to all the secondary units. Cool job if you can get it.
