Seriously, this Jon-Davis Hunt guy cannot draw a normal-looking human, and his Bots are OK at best, but what he excels in is sucking up to Furman and the IDW stuff by leaving (not-too-obscure) cameos of them in the comic:
I mean, Furman T-Short and Denton coffé I can handle, but Furman Cola?
And the poster with "AWESOME WEAPON" - Starring S. Furman - is almost disturbing.
SPOILERS:
In other news, apparently "Alice" can shoot hot plasma from her boobs. Weirdest TF weapon ever.

I wouldn't call it sucking up. Just seems like he's filling in the gaps in his imagination by repeating an old trick too often.
Davis-Hunt recently illustrated a 15 part story in 2000AD called Stalag 666 and came in for a lot of stick for his humans (hands in particular, which have been described as 'mangled'). However, he's also done some really good work, particularly on machines, and everything points towards an artist whose work suffers under deadline pressure.
