So, assuming the speech bubbles are where they should be:

Panel 1 is Ironhide and Prime talking about either someone who is 'no longer with us', or Ironhide's incompetence resulting in the 'traitor'
Panel 2 is Ironhide showing remorse
Panel 3 is Prime giving Ironhide a 'don't be too hard on yourself'
Panel 4 is Ironhide and Prime walking along a corridor (towards Kup), with Ironhide asking Prime about something
Panel 5 is Kup echoing Ironhide's question and Prime responding with an 'it'll take time'.

In any case, I like the way Ironhide has been turned into Kup for panel 4.

IRONHIDE: "PRAHM!"
PRAHM: "Ironhide, I need you to make a special run to Autobot City on Earth."

Panel 2
IRONHIDE: "But..."

Panel 3
PRAHM: "Listen Ironhide, we don't have enough energon to make a full scale assault."

Panel 4
PRAHM: "All we need now is a little energon and a lot of plot."

Panel 5
KUP: "That boy is our last hope."
PRAHM: "No, there is another."
KUP: "Really? Who's our last hope?"
PRAHM: "No... I was going with it. It was a thing. He's our last hope."
