Okay, so my LCS did something weird. They didn't have M: D (ffs, guys) but they did have this, written by Ben Yee and drawn by Don Figueroa.

Fun. Fanwanky but fun, as Cliffjumper falls into an alternate universe with an evil purple Optimus Prime and a good Megatron. Mostly worth reading for the alternate designs Figueroa draws. A nice evil purple Hot Rod, a green Sideswipe, and a really cool combination of classic and Armada Megatron.

Oh yeah--classic line: "Straxus is evil on your world? Shame. I always liked his poetry."

Figgy is really having his fun here. I recommend it--and the story, while fanwanky, is no more so than AHM.

Yeah, I would describe it as you do. Silly, but in a fun sort of way.

Just read it - great fun - moreso in that it is self contained.

Also i though that was about the best work we have seen from Don on TFs - his facial expressions and composition seem better than previously.
