Not sure if this is too adult for this site, but it
is officially Transformers, and was aired on TV...
The second picture in the article, and the very last...
Why? Why did the animators have to put naked "breasts" on a robot? On a show for kids, no less. How the hell did it get past the censors? Wasn't there someone at Has/Tak who had to approve it?

In Japan they dont believe in thos kind of censorship.
Its almost as its encouraged in all anime.

Still, it's not as bad as this one woman from Getter Robo G, who not only hhad a suit that clung to 'em but had a couple of anatomically correct rivets to make them even more obvious.

Heh, Blackarachnia on BW wore a bra loooong before Thunderblast ever did... heck, you could even remove it on the toy... I will never understand how Hasbro got that TM2 toy past the censors...
But if you are surprised about Thunderblast wearing a bra, you obviously never saw this guy's signature on TFW2005:
