Decepticons really deceptive

Are they? They make it quite known they want to conquer the universe throught terror. If they are really deceptive, they would have pretended to be autobots or some of them pretend to be autobots destroy them from within. Wouldn't that be more deceptive? Going into ships and pretend to be autobots, and taking over them and the Universe?

Yes, what parts of robots in DISGUISE lacks deception?
And I'd say their work with facsimiles and causing indigenous populations to destroy themselves is pretty deceptive.
